AZ Driver & Yard Manager
GCL is looking to fill the position of a local AZ Driver/Yard Manager.
We are currently looking to fill one full-time, permanent position of an AZ Truck Driver/Yard Manager to assist in daily local delivers within all avenues of the company and manage the Landscape Yard.
Job Duties:
Daily driving of a Tri-axle Dump truck with/without an Air Brake Trailer
Pickup/Delivery of Aggregates and/or equipment locally to Customers or jobsites
Occasional day trips for landscape supplies/materials
Receive materials and goods, co-ordinate loading/unloading and maintain an organized and clean yard
Administer all yard work operations efficiently and ensure compliance to safety policies
Excellent verbal and written communication
Monitor inventory of yard supplies and place purchase orders as required
Supervise and assist Customer/Company Staff in all yard operations
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Valid AZ driver's license with acceptable abstract based on commercial insurance requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience with AZ/DZ License
Knowledge and experience with trucks, wheel loaders and yard equipment
Be capable to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must have the ability to lift 40kg
Mechanical knowledge an asset
Construction experience an asset
Flexible hours during off-peak season
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Landscape Labourer
Gold Coast Landscaping is looking for a few energetic individuals to join our construction & maintenance crew.
A willingness to learn and work hard is a must. Must have the ability to take direction and follow instructions, and enjoy working in a team atmosphere with other crewmen.
Job Duties:
Installation of landscape design elements for outdoor living spaces - patios, walls, driveways, steps, plant beds, sod, water features, pools, etc.
Yard and garden maintenance
Operation of power tools and equipment
Requirements:
Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be able to work Monday – Friday, plus Saturdays during peak season
Must have the ability to lift heavy weight repetitively throughout an 8-10 hour workday
G license with clean abstract
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

10 hour shift
8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Landscape Skilled Labourer
