Need landscaping done and not sure where to start? We can help. Visiting us at our Garden Centre or contacting our designer directly at: designer@gcl.ca, we will ask you a series of questions to get a better understanding of exactly what you are hoping to have done. Questions will include:
Personal Information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email)
Access to property
What would you like done? (Pool, Patio, Water Feature, Retaining Wall, Pergola, Firepit)
Inquiry
Once an Inquiry has been completed, the Landscape Designer will be in contact with you to set up an appointment. During the meeting, the designer will discuss your property needs and assist you in setting your goals. This includes discussion of layout including planting areas, plant materials and general ideas for placement of pathways, patios, pools, decks, covered structures etc. At the consultation our designer will be able to give you a rough design cost should you require one. Design Fee’s are $85/hr +HST.

Once the designer has all of the measurements & grades plus your wish list, they can then start the design process. The designer provides different designs for each client to ensure they receive something unique and functional for their property. Once the design is completed the designer will go over with their clients what they have come up with and if there is any revisions they would like made. Designs are created in 2D Render format. Color can also be provide to show materials proposed.
Contract & Deposit

Once the design has been finalized, your project will be ready for cost estimate review. Upon approval, a contract that is specified with your project details and outlines the payment schedule. Following this, we can start ordering products for your project and estimate an approximate installation date.
Installation

Our crews with many years of expertise, work diligently to complete each project to our customers satisfaction. We try our best to stay on schedule but factors such as weather can cause delays. We pride ourselves in keeping our work sites orderly and safe to ensure no details are missed.

Once the project is completed there’s nothing left to do but sit back and enjoy your new outdoor space. We will be in contact with you in a year’s time once the plant material has time to establish itself, to have our designer come take photos of the project.
